Cold Brew

It’s a term that has become more popular in the last few years thanks to ‘experts’ on youtube explaining the best methods for creating your own home brew version. Lucky for those of us who don’t have the time, fridge space or basic scientific apparatus handy, our local café is here to help once again. Cold brew isn’t just an iced americano, thanks to the way it’s made (See aforementioned fancy online tutorials) the beans don’t give off as much bitterness delivering a delightful flavour.

Nitro Coffee

Another modern addition to the coffee menu is nitro coffee, this stuff is mixed with nitrogen in order to make a black coffee with a super smooth texture. It does seem oddly magical the first time you sip this wonder of chemistry as your tongue senses the silky smoothness of this caffeinated mix. Try this for yourself as the velvety soft waves of coffee will have you coming back for more very quickly.

Well nobody knows, but rumours are it’s a thick and creamy iced drink topped with plenty of whipped cream and sprinkled with extras. This sounds particularly good when mixed with mint, and you’ll be happy to know that aesthetically it also delivers that pastel green shade to your glass.
